I can't say enough about how amazing the room was, very spacious with plenty of room for all the kids! Beds were amazing, huge bathroom, the pool is a bit small, but still nice and the fitness room is fantastic! Great breakfast! Highly recommend staying here.

I was here for business and the staff was really attentive. The hotel has great amenities such as free heavy continental breakfast from 6am - 9am, a mini-mart in the lobby for snacks and beverages, a small staffed bar until 10pm, and a nice 24-hour fitness facility. The common spaces are modern and clean, as are the rooms for the most part. My shower area was showing some signs of age, but otherwise the room was far above average. However, the movies on demand didn't work. I reported the issue to the front desk and they sent someone up within a few minutes (exceptionally prompt service), but he was unable to fix the problem. Overall, I found my stay very comfortable and would recommend this hotel without much hesitation. I'd rate this a 3.5 star hotel.

Pros: 1. Location is convenient. 2. Staff is friendly. Cons: 1. Lack of outlets. Bring extension cords. 2. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for wet towels. There was only one hook (2 prongs). 3. The noise level is awful. It is truly loud at all times. Some of the noise was from other guests, kids running in the hall outside our room. None of the doors have soft closes on any of them. They don't just close, they slam every time. It is so loud. The shower door in our room makes the same sound as when you dispense shaving cream but amplified x30. The insulation between rooms is also not great. You can hear a lot of racket from the adjoining rooms. We were on the second floor and it sounded like an elephant was walking around in the room above us. There is also no privacy within the room regarding the bathroom noise. 4. Our room had a rather large water stain on the ceiling. 5. The remodel of the lobby area looks great but the area by the elevator is right by the indoor pool and the ventilation doesn't seem right. The scent of chlorine lingers which makes my migraines worse, in case a you suffer from them too. I just tried to not linger in that area too long. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. If you aren't then it's fine.

My wife and I had a very nice time here. Abigail greeted us at the front desk and was very polite. The breakfast was very good. Who ever is in charge of it was well organized and took pride in their work. We did not get to try the peach pie at the open bar, but next time we will! Very quiet, and the staff is very kind.

Arriving at a hotel in the evening after a hard day's work and feeling at home is a plus. I am consistently greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The service is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The gym is quiet and well-equipped. I spent a very pleasant week and felt very safe in the area. Nearby, there are many dining options. I had breakfast out almost every day, only one day I had breakfast at the hotel. They have a variety of options for breakfast, including a very tasty coffee. This is not the first time I have stayed here, and I would do it again.

Very nice area. Staff were friendly and hotel clean. My son loved the indoor pool. Places to eat nearby, several options available. Breakfast great! Rooms were nice. Exactly what we needed for our one night stay while passing through.

The door to my room was not well insulated against sound from the hallway. Voices were clear enough that I could have just about participated in the conversations. Same goes for the outside area around the fireplace. The sound clearly echoes up into the rooms from the outside. What's more, for some reason, other guests tended to hit the elevator or wall near my room, causing frequent banging. This was all unexpected from an otherwise pretty nice and clean property. I do wonder why housekeeping didn't take care of all of their tasks, but it wasn't enough to seriously affect my stay - it was more of an oddity.

Needed permission to park my truck in a safe, but easy spot so I could get out early next morning. Both the front desk lady and Manager were kind and helpful - very nice hotel next door to Texas Roadhouse - so yes, you’re only 100 yards from those rolls!
